We use 20% Kona in our Hawaiian blends. The purpose of our blends is to conjure a great brew, not just hype Kona. Finding exactly the right combination of flavor, body, and acidity in any single bean is difficult. Well-balanced blends offer the opportunity to unite the unbridled strength of Sumatra and the rarified mists of Kona in one cup.
